Projects that we have been involved with range from small domestic extensions to individual designs for new build housing. Typical schemes comprise alterations and extensions to listed buildings, remodelling and extension of existing residential dwellings and conversion of traditional historic buildings to form new commercial or residential units. More unusual projects include repairs to a historical bandstand, the change of use of a traditional rural building to a Forest School and concept designs for new two-storey beach huts.
 

Many of our clients are located either within the South Downs National Park or the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and as a result we have a particularly good working knowledge of the planning policies in these areas.
