With our architectural and planning assistance a local developer had extended and converted a town centre office building into fourteen self-contained flats. The flats were let to a local charity who are dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues to live independently in accommodation. We were appointed to produce accurate plans of the building for incorporation into the lease documentation.
